  • Fulfillment Times-

Our fulfillment times are between 2-5 business days, once fulfilled this will update on the order.

 

  • Shipping Times-

Again, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. This does not include shipping time, which takes an additional 3-5 business days for the continental US.

 

  • Return Policy-

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size before placing your order, please contact us here.

 

  • Exchanges-                                                                                                            

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at southernheatusa@gmail.com

 

  • Damages and issues-

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

 

  • Wrong Address-

If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

 

  • Care instructions for your clothing-

Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
